1. Be responsible for guiding employees to carry out production according to the design drawings and process regulations reviewed by the R&D Center, and ensuring the orderly production;

2. Track the process and technical problems in the production process, timely deal with the problems found and find out the reasons, and timely report to the R&D Center;

3. Cooperate with the R&D and trial production of each department, assist the R&D Center to improve the production process and improve the production efficiency;

4. Assist the Quality Control Department to supervise the process quality problems, handle the problems raised by the quality inspector in a timely manner, and prevent the products with quality problems from flowing into the next process;

5. Be responsible for receiving and sending the drawings used in production and outsourced processing drawings.

1. College degree or above in mechanical engineering;

2. Familiar with the working principle and structure design of heat treatment industrial furnace;

3. More than two years of relevant working experience in equipment manufacturing industry.
