1. Be responsible for the company's heat treatment technology, research and preparation of heat treatment process;

2. Be responsible for the maintenance and commissioning of the company's heat treatment equipment;

3. Be responsible for the factory audit and process audit involved in the work field;

4. Be responsible for the training and guidance of the company's heat treatment technology;

5. Collect data on new technologies, processes and equipment in domestic and foreign industries.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in material heat treatment;

2. More than two years experience in heat treatment, familiar with metallographic, mechanical properties and other materials and heat treatment inspection methods;

3. Understand machining process and skillfully use CAD drawing;

4. Have a certain understanding of quality system and heat treatment production site;

5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

6. Good communication skills and team spirit.
