Large well type gas nitriding furnace, full name of well type nitriding furnace RNJ series well type gas nitriding furnace is an energy-saving gas nitriding furnace, which is sealed with vacuum rubber. The well type gas nitriding furnace has good thermal insulation, furnace temperature uniformity and sealing performance. The shell of RNJ series well type gas nitriding furnace is welded by steel plate and section steel. The furnace lining is made of super light, high-strength energy-saving refractory bricks. The furnace lining is insulated with aluminum silicate fiber. The heating element of the nitriding furnace is wound into a spiral by high temperature resistance wire, installed on the brick of the furnace lining, and a stainless steel tank is installed in the furnace of the nitriding furnace. A double ended stainless steel drip injector is installed on the furnace cover to drip liquid. The nitriding furnace cover is equipped with sampling pipe, exhaust pipe and ignition pipe, and the upper part of the furnace tank is equipped with an input pipe for ammonia input.

RNJ series well type gas nitriding furnace belongs to periodic operation industrial furnace. The nitriding furnace is mainly used for gas nitriding heat treatment of various steel mechanical parts, automobile crankshafts, automobile piston rings, motorcycle brake pads, molds, etc.

Well type furnace crucible is a refractory graphite crucible mainly used for smelting special alloy steel, melting non-ferrous metals and their alloys, which is made of crystalline natural graphite as the main raw material, plastic refractory clay as the binder, and mixed with different types of clinker.

Well type furnace crucible can be divided into three categories: graphite crucible, clay crucible and metal crucible. Among the graphite crucibles, there are three types: ordinary graphite crucible, special-shaped graphite crucible and high-purity graphite crucible. Different types of graphite crucibles have different raw materials, production methods, process technologies and product models and specifications due to their different properties, uses and conditions of use.

The main raw material of graphite crucible is crystalline natural graphite. Therefore, it maintains the original physical and chemical properties of natural right ink.

Namely, the well type furnace has good thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance. In the process of high temperature use, the coefficient of thermal expansion is small, and it has certain strain resistance for rapid heating and cooling. It has strong corrosion resistance to acid and alkaline solutions and excellent chemical stability. Graphite crucibles are widely used for smelting alloy tool steels and smelting non-ferrous metals and their alloys in metallurgical, casting, mechanical, chemical and other industrial sectors due to their excellent properties. It also has good technical and economic effects.

Crucibles can be broadly divided into three categories: one is copper smelting crucible with specification "No.", the other is copper alloy crucible with 100 numbers for special round, 100 numbers for round and 100 numbers for steel making.

The specification of the crucible is usually expressed by the size of the sequence number. The No. 1 crucible has a volume that can melt 1000g of brass, and its weight is 180g. The melting amount of the crucible when smelting different metals or alloys can be calculated by multiplying the volume weight specification number of the crucible by the corresponding metal and alloy coefficients.

The raw materials for production of well type carburizing furnace crucibles can be summarized into three types. The first is crystalline natural graphite, the second is plastic refractory clay, and the third is calcined hard kaolin skeleton clinker. In recent years, high-temperature resistant synthetic materials, such as silicon carbide, alumina corundum and ferrosilicon, have been used as the framework clinker of the crucible. This clinker has a remarkable effect on improving the quality of crucible products, enhancing the density and mechanical strength of the crucible.
