1. Maintenance of inner cylinder and convection cylinder

First of all, as the key of furnace body sealing, the inner cylinder mainly controls the amount and size of fuel entering the furnace during its maintenance, so as to avoid excessive load caused by excessive fuel, and even problems such as extrusion and deformation of the inner cylinder. Secondly, the connecting bolts between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder should be checked regularly and irregularly during the maintenance work, and the sealing of the furnace body, furnace cover and furnace bottom should be strictly checked.
2. Furnace bottom mixing fan
The furnace bottom mixing fan is also known as the mixing fan, and its maintenance and inspection work mainly includes the following points: first, set a regular inspection time for the furnace bottom mixing fan, check whether the cooling jacket, cold water system and line of the fan are normal, observe whether the fan gap is normal, and check whether the components are fastened. After all items are checked, lubricating oil with low viscosity and high temperature resistance shall be selected for the bearing in the next step. Secondly, the maintenance of the drive belt and the maintenance of the drive belt are usually to adjust the bolt tension to meet the equipment operation requirements; The reason is that the belt will creep and extend under long-term high temperature, so the drive belt must be checked every month to avoid slipping and other problems. 3. Temperature control system
The temperature control system is a special system in the well type furnace. It is usually composed of heating components, pipes and detection devices. Under high temperature conditions, it usually requires a lot of gas and air to work together. In this case, it is not only necessary to measure the pressure and oxygen density of the gas, but also to control the opening time and opening and closing method of the control valve entering the burner to effectively ensure the air pressure, It can meet the requirements of temperature and pressure inside the furnace. During the maintenance of the temperature control system, the main points of the whole work are as follows: First, check whether the electrical circuit and other auxiliary equipment, such as solenoid valve, switch, safety valve, are normal correctly and scientifically; Secondly, check whether the flowmeter, pressure gauge and other measuring instruments are accurate and the readings are scientific; Finally, check whether the thermocouple and temperature control system work normally, and correct the thermal control instrument by regular inspection.
