1 Preparation before blowing in

(1) Check whether there are objects that can cause electrical hazards in the electrical control box and furnace.

(2) After switching on, check whether the electrical appliances and instruments in the control box are normal, and turn on the instrument switch to make it work.

2. Open furnace production

(1) Set the temperature of the automatic temperature control instrument according to the process procedure.

(2) Place the "handle" of the control cabinet at the automatic control position to raise the temperature.

(3) The cold furnace heats up, and the workpiece can be loaded after holding for 2h (continuous production, continuous charging is allowed).

(4) Switch off and cut off the power for the parts to be loaded out of the furnace, use the hand pressure oil pump or open the cut-off door and switch of the oil pump and hydraulic pipeline, and lift the furnace cover.

(5) Workpieces can be suspended on the protective basket frame or put into the furnace on the fixture.

(6) Cover the furnace cover so that the edge of the furnace cover is overlapped in the groove of the graphite wire rod, and keep the furnace cover horizontal.

(7) Operate according to process regulations.

3. Precautions and maintenance

(1) The furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature.

(2) The loaded parts shall not be higher than the upper end of the charging basket.

(3) It is not allowed to open the furnace cover for severe cooling when the furnace temperature is higher than 400 ℃.

(4) Do not load wet and greasy workpieces.

(5) Do not use the furnace without a protective frame.

(6) Clean the furnace once a month to remove oxide scale and other dirt.

(7) Check the lining condition of furnace cover and furnace every month, and repair in time in case of damage.

(8) Check the fastening of the clamp of the resistance wire lead out rod every month, remove the oxide skin and tighten the clamp in time.

(9) Check and calibrate the instrument and thermocouple every month.

(10) The lifting mechanism of furnace cover shall be lubricated every month.

(11) Pay attention to the condition of the heating element. When abnormal temperature rise is found, check carefully and replace it in time if it is damaged.
