1. Preparation before commissioning of nitriding multipurpose furnace

1) The electrical equipment shall be checked by electricians and the current circuit breakers (zones 1-5, insulation chambers) shall be disconnected. The manual cycle reset switch should be in the OFF position.

2) The fitter shall check whether the furnace door, front and rear soft chains, main push rod, material tray, conveyor belt, quenching table, fan and other parts operate normally, and whether the lubricating points are normal.

3) The plumber shall inspect and clean various gas pipelines.

4) Check whether the temperature controller, oxygen probe, thermocouple and protective tube are normal.

5) The operator shall check whether the air valve is closed. The oil level of the main oil tank shall be higher than that of the low alarm line. The top fan should work normally. The cooling water circulation is stable and normal. Rotors and pipe walls of various flowmeters shall be clean and normal. The hydraulic pump, oil mixer and auxiliary oil tank work normally. The selection switch on the program screen, button station and heating atmosphere control cabinet shall be in the correct position. The process parameters of the workpiece running on the CRT display terminal shall be correct. Various fixing devices and auxiliary materials shall be prepared before starting. 2. Temperature rise adjustment of nitriding multipurpose furnace

1) During installation or maintenance of furnace head, when new bricks are laid in the furnace or the furnace is shut down for more than two weeks after cooling, heating shall be carried out according to the following process procedures: the furnace door is half open, the quenching oil tank is not filled with oil, and the sampling hole and the front and rear explosion-proof caps are open. When the temperature of each area rises to 200 ℃, the holding time exceeds 32 hours. Then increase 50 C/h to 400 C for 32 hours, and then increase 50 C/h to 700 C for 8 hours. Then, at 50 C/h, increase the working temperature of each area for more than 2 hours.

2) If the furnace is reduced to room temperature for less than two weeks without replacing the bricks, the heating procedure is as follows: the furnace door is half opened, the explosion-proof cover and sampling hole are opened, the temperature of each area is raised to 200 ℃ for 12 hours, then 50 ℃/hour is raised to 400 ℃ for 8 hours, then 50 ℃/hour IS is raised to 700 ℃ for 8 hours, and then the working temperature and insulation are reached for more than 2 hours.

3) During the heating process, each shift shall take actions of two organizations, and all normal heating can continue. When the temperature rises to 200 ℃, all cooling water valves should be opened. When the furnace temperature rises to 400 ℃, the top fan shall be started. When 400C insulation is completed, the front and rear doors of the furnace shall be closed and the oil tank shall be filled. Silica sand will be added to the crown sand seal. Close the front and rear explosion-proof covers. Thermocouples and instruments shall be calibrated after the furnace reaches the operating temperature. After the overhaul, the full load temperature of the newly installed or newly built brick kiln shall be measured to determine the process temperature.

3、 After commissioning, open the discharge pipe valve beside the boiler and release it for 5 minutes, the ignition nozzle burns normally, and the front and rear flange doors have flame detector alarms. Insert a welding gun under the furnace door and send it according to the following procedure

Open the feed gas valve, open the flowmeter valve, introduce the heat absorbing air into the furnace, and control the flow of the generator. Press the pressure switch. Close the protective pneumatic manual reset valve. Feed pneumatic manual reset valve. Adjust the flow of each area according to the process. When the gas in the furnace door burns stably, take out the flare and close the furnace door.

4. Pre carburizing in the furnace, basket and fixture, and gas filling after pre carburizing. The equipment is controlled by the carbon potential, and the carbon potential of each area meets the process requirements, so the furnace hearth, furnace basket and fixture are pre carburized. The carbon potential of furnace gas is the same as the process requirements of the product. The pre carburizing time shall not be less than 12 hours. Place the workpiece after the carbon potential of furnace gas is normal. After 12 hours, analyze the carbon free potential control device through the three zone air extraction hole. When (co2) is less than 0.3%, the workpiece can be put into use. Before the workpiece is put into use, push 4-6 discs containing waste products. At the same time, place the sample on the tray.
