Precautions for well type nitriding furnace

1) Check the limit switch for closing the furnace door or furnace cover of the pit type furnace to ensure that the main circuit is powered off after the furnace door or furnace cover is started.

2) The well type furnace shall ensure that the power connector is in good contact before use. The insulation of power line meets the requirements.

3) The gas flowmeter and pressure gauge equipped to control the atmosphere resistance furnace shall indicate accurately and sensitively.

4) The resistance furnace with inflammable atmosphere shall have a furnace temperature lower than 760º C alarm and necessary interlocking device to avoid explosion.

5) The grounding bolts of the furnace body shall be firm and reliable.

6) Water temperature, water pressure and flow relays shall be installed for the well type furnace with water cooling. In case of abnormal conditions, the main circuit power supply shall be cut off and an alarm signal shall be sent.

7) The explosion-proof safety device for controlling the atmosphere furnace shall be flexible and reliable.

8) The exposed electric heating body outside the furnace shell shall be provided with a safe and reliable protective cover.
