Characteristics of well type quenching tank:

1. Multiple groups of oil stirring devices and diversion systems, each group of oil stirring is controlled by frequency conversion, which can set the speed according to the product process requirements, so that the quenching medium can be uniformly stirred along the diversion tube, and the hardness of the product after quenching is uniform.

2. Equipped with high-power air cooler, the quenching medium can be cooled to the temperature before quenching as soon as possible.

3. Two oil circulating pumps are set to ensure that if one pump fails during quenching, the other pump will start automatically to ensure the safety of quenching process.

4. The quenching notch is equipped with high-pressure nitrogen pipeline. The high-pressure nitrogen valve is opened at the moment of quenching to reduce the burning degree of oil at the moment of quenching, and also to ensure that accidents occur during quenching and pray for the role of fire fighting.
