Summary

This equipment is suitable for heating, spheroidizing annealing, normalizing and other heat treatment processes under protective atmosphere. The annealing furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating element, furnace tank, furnace cover, automatic lifting mechanism of furnace cover, vacuum system, cooling water pipeline, temperature and atmosphere control system, etc.

The vacuum annealing process can reduce the oxidation of the product and can be annealed within the allowable range of the product.
