Scope of application

It is mainly used for traditional nitriding or nitrocarburizing of gears, shafts, crankshafts, molds and other workpieces to improve the surface wear resistance and fatigue strength of workpieces and extend the service life of workpieces.


Features of nitriding furnace:

1. 310S (0Cr25Ni20) heat-resistant steel is used to make furnace pot, air duct and furnace internal parts, which makes the nitriding process stable and has a long service life.

2. Streamlined furnace surface design makes the equipment look generous and more competitive.

3. German high-end integrated controller (PE or STANDE), hydrogen probe and high-precision flow control valve are used to participate in the control, and nitrogen potential is used as the control unit. The control mode is advanced, the operation is reliable, the interface is friendly, and the use is convenient.

4. The upper computer system connected with the integrated controller has the functions of process programming, process dynamic control, equipment operation status display, process curve chart recording, equipment alarm display and recording, etc.

5. The nitriding control system developed by our company can also be selected, that is, hydrogen probe is used to measure hydrogen, and nitrogen potential is used as control variable to control the access of ammonia and ammonia decomposition gas. All gases in the furnace, such as nitrogen, ammonia and ammonia decomposition gas, are controlled by solenoid valves or proportional valves to reduce the initial investment cost of using the mass flowmeter (including the expensive cost of the mass flowmeter itself and the investment cost of the ammonia drying equipment) and the expensive maintenance cost of the later mass flowmeter, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic control. It greatly reduces the cost of using ammonia gas in equipment, and is suitable for middle and high-end customers.

6. With automatic exhaust emission and combustion system, the working environment is pollution-free.

7. Develop equipment according to the size, process and output of customers' heat treatment products to meet the needs of different customers.
