Matters needing attention during the use of well type tempering furnace by well type furnace manufacturer

With the widespread use of microcomputer controlled technology in the production of well tempering furnace, special attention shall be paid to:

(1) Before startup, the air falling into the methanol cracking furnace pipeline must be completely discharged;

(2) Methanol is harmful to human body and environment, and the storage and transmission pipelines need to be completely free from leakage;

(3) CO and H2 in the waste gas of furnace gas are flammable, explosive and toxic, and should be fully burned at the furnace mouth;

(4) Check whether the circulating cooling water, furnace bottom mixing fan, atmosphere pressure, furnace body seal and thermocouple are normal.

After continuous use, carbon black can be generated in the methanol cracking furnace, which is scattered in the furnace reactor, and carbon must be removed once per furnace. Incomplete decarburization of the furnace will result in: (1) The temperature measurement of the thermocouple is incorrect due to the formation of carbon deposit, which causes the temperature of the heating element to be too high and damages the heating element; (2) Incomplete methanol cracking and less atmosphere affect the process quality.

Furnace carbon removal process: close the main methanol inlet valve, close the outlet ball valve of the methanol flowmeter, turn over the upper ball valve and use small steel bar or compressed air to discharge the carbon deposit from the outlet of the lower ball valve out of the furnace. If the carbon deposit in the furnace reactor is severe, it is necessary to turn over the reactor and enter it for cleaning. After being used for a period of time, impurities such as carbon black can be generated in the methanol cracking gas pipeline, and carbon must be removed regularly according to the situation. The method is to open the furnace cover of the annealing furnace, close the methanol cracking gas, make the methanol cracking gas pipeline disconnected from the methanol cracking furnace, turn over the compressed air, blow out the impurities in the methanol cracking gas pipeline until there is no black smoke in the annealing furnace. Compressed air can also be used to dispose of the blockage of other pipes, such as the air inlet pipe of the analyzer. In case of leakage, soap water can be used for leakage detection.
