Five Operation Methods of Well type Carburizing Furnace
The multi-purpose nitriding furnace has the characteristics of low treatment temperature, short time and small deformation of the workpiece. Its properties are high fatigue and good wear resistance.
1. The gas nitriding furnace before nitriding must be the workpiece that has been normalized or quenched and tempered first.
2. First scrub the workpiece surface of gas nitriding furnace with gasoline and alcohol, without rust, oil stain and dirt.
3. After loading into the furnace, tighten the furnace cover compression bolts symmetrically.
4. Feed cooling water into the water inlet of furnace tank and furnace cover for circulating water cooling. The lower end of the cooling water in the upper pipe of the gas nitriding furnace cover is water inlet, and the upper end is water outlet. The furnace tank enters water separately and drains water separately. All water pipes of the gas nitriding furnace cover can be connected in series according to the principle of low inlet and high outlet, with water inlet and water outlet from one outlet.
5. Before the gas nitriding furnace heats up, nitrogen shall be sent for exhaust, and the flow during exhaust shall be more than twice of that during use.
After 10 minutes of exhaust, set the temperature control instrument to 150 ℃, turn the automatic heating switch on, heat the exhaust side of the gas nitriding furnace at 150 ℃ and keep it for 2h, then set the temperature control instrument to 530 ℃, reduce the ammonia flow, keep the positive pressure in the furnace, and the exhaust port has a relatively small pressure in the direction of gas flow. When the furnace temperature rises to 530 ℃, conduct constant temperature and constant flow nitriding for 3-20h, and then increase the ammonia pressure to keep the exhaust gas at a moderate pressure, nitriding for 4-70h, Then reduce the ammonia pressure, remove nitrogen for 1-2h, cut off the power supply, supply a small amount of ammonia to maintain positive pressure in the furnace, and stop the ammonia supply after the furnace temperature drops below 150 ℃.
