Well type furnace is a periodic operation furnace. When using gas fuel, several small energy burners are usually installed tangential to the inner wall of the furnace. In order to prevent the workpiece from being directly ablated by the flame and ensure the uniform temperature in the furnace, the burners are arranged in layers or spirals. When used for low temperature tempering or using oil as fuel, a thin wall muffle furnace is set in the furnace to separate the combustion space from the heating space.

Well type furnace is mainly composed of outer cover, inner cylinder, convection cylinder, burner, bottom stirring circulating fan, strong cooling fan, methanol cracking furnace, etc The outer cover is composed of steel plate shell, furnace lining and suspended ceiling beam. The outer cover is the structural support of the whole furnace body There is a pair of guide rings at the lower part, which are used to cover the hearth with slightly different heights at both sides of the guide pillar, so as to ensure that the center lines of the outer cover and the hearth coincide. The role of the inner cylinder is to separate the flue gas flow space from the controllable atmospheric flow space of the workpiece, and it is also the heat exchange surface in the heat transfer process. The inner cylinder has good sealing performance, strong oxidation resistance and temperature resistance, and certain rigidity, which can increase the heat transfer area, reduce deformation, and extend the service life The function of the convection cylinder is to ensure the separation of the substance to be treated from the inner cylinder and provide an atmospheric controllable convection channel The hot air flow first rises along the annular gap between the convection cylinder and the inner cylinder, and then turns down into the material pile. The gas velocity in the annulus is high and constant, which is conducive to the heat transfer between the gas flow and the inner cylinder. A stirring fan is installed in the center of the furnace bottom. During heating, the circulating and controllable atmosphere gets heat from the inner cylinder and transfers it to the workpiece through the annular gap between the convection cylinder and the inner cylinder. The fan operates throughout the cooling phase, producing strong convection in the loading space. Controllable atmosphere, take out heat from the workpiece and transfer it to the inner cover. The mixing fan adopts a frequency conversion speed regulating motor. The motor speed can be adjusted according to the temperature in the furnace. It has the characteristics of accurate speed, easy use and maintenance.
