Briefly understand the process operation of well type furnace!

1. Preparation of pit tempering furnace before opening

(1) Check the electrical control box and furnace for any dangerous things that may cause power leakage, and take them out.

(2) After closing, check whether the electrical appliances and instruments in the control box work normally, and turn on the instrument switch to make it work.

2. Opening production of pit tempering furnace

(1) Set the temperature of the automatic temperature control instrument according to the process requirements.

(2) Put the "handle" of the control cabinet at the position of automatic control, start the fan, and supply power for heating.

(3) The cold furnace heats up, and the workpiece can be loaded after holding for 2h (continuous production, continuous charging is allowed).

(4) Switch off the power when parts are out of the furnace. After the fan stops rotating, press the pump by hand or open the valve and switch of the pump hydraulic pipeline, or pull the pneumatic switch to lift the furnace cover.

(5) Carefully load the charging basket or other clamps with a crane to place them on the center line of the furnace, and pay attention that the loaded parts do not collide with the fan.

(6) Close the furnace cover so that the edge of the furnace cover is overlapped in the groove of the graphite wire rod, and keep the furnace cover horizontal.

(7) Operate according to process regulations.
