What are the conditions for normal combustion of well type furnace?

1. Furnace temperature of well type furnace

Temperature is the primary condition for fuel combustion. The low temperature required for the fuel to start the violent oxidation reaction is called the ignition temperature. The heat required to heat the fuel above the ignition temperature is called a heat source. The heat source of fuel ignition in combustion chamber generally comes from the heat radiation of flame and furnace wall and the contact with high-temperature flue gas. The temperature of the furnace composed of heat sources must be kept above the ignition and combustion temperature of the fuel, that is, the furnace temperature must be high enough for the fuel to burn continuously, otherwise the fuel will be difficult to ignite, unable to burn, or even cut off.

2. Air circulation of well type furnace

The fuel must be fully contacted and mixed with enough air during combustion. When the furnace temperature is high enough, the combustion reaction speed is fast, and the oxygen in the air will be consumed quickly. Sufficient air must be supplied. In actual operation, the air sent to the furnace is excessive, but the excess air cannot be too much. It should be appropriate to avoid lowering the furnace temperature.
