Common types of well type furnace

1. Well type resistance furnace

Well type resistance furnace is a periodically operated furnace, which is suitable for heat treatment of bars and long shaft parts. It is mainly used for quenching, tempering, annealing and other heat treatment of steel parts in oxidation atmosphere.

2. Deep well furnace

The deep well furnace is specially used for quenching, tempering and other heat treatment of long shaft workpieces. The split structure is adopted, and the long workpiece can reach 10m. The control system adopts intelligent instrument and PID regulation, which has the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy.

Application of large shaft furnace: tempering and soaking temperature of oversize carbon steel parts and rings: 650-1000 large shaft furnace features:

1. The electric furnace is equipped with large fan device to improve the temperature uniformity in the furnace;

2. Multi zone control of electric furnace to further improve furnace temperature uniformity;

3. Deep well resistance furnace

It is mainly used for quenching, normalizing, annealing and other heat treatment of shaft equal length workpieces. The company designs and manufactures according to user requirements.

4. Full fiber deep well furnace

Application: All fiber deep well furnace is mainly used for shaft quenching and normalizing.

5. All fiber well resistance furnace

The furnace lining is made of a new type of high-purity silk blanket by special processing. The temperature control adopts the upper and lower zone PID intelligent automatic control, which can be programmed according to the workpiece process, followed by the insulation curve. The furnace cover can be lifted and lowered manually or electrically according to the weight. It is suitable for alloy rings, flanges and wires used for high temperature soaking, normalizing, tempering, annealing, quenching, etc.
