High temperature well type electric furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic working well type resistance furnace, with a design temperature of 1200 ℃ and a working temperature of 1150 ℃. It is mainly used for normalizing, annealing, quenching and other heat treatment of metal materials and mechanical parts such as alloy steel, high-speed steel, high manganese steel, high chromium steel, shafts, pipes in general atmosphere or in simple maintenance. The power of high-temperature well furnace is 15-4900kw; The furnace diameter is ￠ 300mm - ￠ 11m, and the depth can reach 48m.

For the structure of high temperature well type electric furnace, the shell is made of steel plate and section steel into a cylindrical furnace body, all of which are sealed and welded. The furnace lining is made of super light 0.6g/cm3 energy-saving vacuum ball refractory insulation bricks. The interlayer between furnace lining and furnace shell is insulated with acid aluminum fiber felt, and the gap is filled with swelling insulation powder.

0cr27al7mo2 high resistance alloy wire is wound into a spiral device on the wire laying brick of the furnace. The furnace cover shall be lifted manually or electrically. If the user requires atmosphere maintenance to reduce the oxidation of workpieces, a stainless steel three head oil injector can be installed on the furnace cover to drop methanol or kerosene to create a simple maintenance atmosphere. A nitrogen inlet pipe is installed at the lower part of the furnace to allow nitrogen maintenance or flush combustible gas to prevent explosion.

In order to ensure safe operation, a limit switch is installed near the lifting organization, which is interlocked with the power supply of the control cabinet of the high-temperature well resistance furnace, and the power is supplied when the furnace cover is closed. When the time limit switch of the furnace cover is opened, the control power supply is blocked, so the power supply of the heating elements is blocked together to ensure safe operation. High temperature well resistance furnace is equipped with active temperature control cabinet and thermocouple when leaving the factory.
