Precautions when using well type furnace

1) Check the limit switch of the closed market near the well type furnace door or furnace cover to ensure that the main circuit is powered off after the furnace door or furnace cover is started.

2) The well type furnace shall ensure that the power connector is in good contact before use. The insulation of power line meets the requirements.

3) The gas flow meter and pressure gauge equipped for controlling atmosphere resistance furnace shall be accurate and sensitive.

4) Resistance furnace entering flammable atmosphere shall be equipped with furnace temperature alarm and necessary interlock device to avoid explosion.

5) The grounding bolt of furnace body shall be firm and reliable.

6) Water temperature, water pressure and flow relay shall be installed in the well type furnace with water cooling. In case of any abnormality, cut off the power supply of the main circuit and send an alarm signal.

7) The explosion-proof safety device for controlling the atmosphere furnace shall be flexible and reliable.

8) The exposed electric heater outside the furnace shell shall have a safe and reliable protective cover.
