Structural Characteristics of Well Carburizing Furnace
Well type carburizing furnace is a new type of energy-saving periodic heat treatment electric furnace, which is mainly used for gas carburizing of steel parts. This series of carburizing furnace is characterized by uniform temperature, fast heating speed, good heat preservation performance, fast carburizing speed of workpiece, and even carbon potential due to the use of light energy-saving lining materials and preferred water-cooled furnace sealing fans. Sphere and uniform carburized layer. When the furnace pressure increases, there is no leakage, and the production efficiency and carburizing quality are improved.
structure
This series of well type carburizing furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace cover lifting mechanism, furnace sealing fan, muffler box, heating element and electrical control system. The shell is welded with steel plate and profile steel. The furnace lining is an energy-saving composite structure composed of 0.6g/cm3 high-strength lightweight energy-saving refractory brick, aluminum silicate fiber, diatomite insulation brick and asbestos board. The furnace cover lifting mechanism is composed of motor, gear pump and other components. When opening the furnace cover, only press the button on the control box, and the furnace cover will rise at a speed of 30-70mm/s. For protection, install two travel switches on the lifting shaft. When the well type carburizing furnace cover rises, the down travel switch automatically cuts off the power supply of the main circuit of the carburizing furnace control cabinet, thus cutting off the heating elements and stopping the work. The up travel switch limits the lifting height of the lifting shaft to prevent it from rising too high or falling off.
A sealing fan is installed on the furnace cover to mix the air in the muffler box, so that the composition is uniform and the furnace temperature is uniform. There are also three process pipes on the furnace cover of the well type carburizing furnace, leading to the muffler box in the furnace: three stainless steel drippers are installed on the top of one furnace shell, and the three end drippers drop methanol, kerosene or other liquids into the water in the furnace, and various liquids can be adjusted. The ammonia hole in the sleeve can be used to deliver ammonia to the furnace for carbonitriding (no permeation). During nitrogen addition, the nozzle can be sealed, the sleeve is a sampling pipe, and the pipe joint on the upper part of the sleeve can be connected with a U-shaped glass tube pressure gauge to monitor the function of the furnace muffler box to maintain the furnace pressure and ensure normal carburization or carbide. It is made of heat-resistant steel (casting). The heating element is spirally wound by the electric heating alloy wire and installed on the inner wall of the furnace lining. The temperature of the carburizing furnace is led out by the thermocouple inserted in the furnace. The signal is transmitted to the automatic temperature control cabinet through the compensation wire. The temperature control cabinet can automatically control, adjust and record the heating temperature in the furnace. The carburizing furnace is equipped with a cooling drum (optional) for storing processed parts. The cylinder cover is provided with a sand sealing groove.
